At Friends Rosery, we deal with live plants and we are growers, not traders. We are dependent on several variables which affect our day-to-day operations which are out of our control, for example weather and shipping.


By visiting and purchasing anything from our site, you agree to our terms and conditions. All plants and products sold are for your personal garden and hobby use only. Please be aware that plants have different types of defense mechanisms and toxicities and require adequate precaution and handling. We will not be held liable for any issues from possession or handling of our products. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason.

Majority of the plants, especially roses are harvested few days after the order is received and is dependent on weather conditions which could shift the schedule by a few days.

The seller is not responsible for any economic loss, loss of profit, any indirect third-party loss due to any reason including failure of shipment to meet estimated delivery time.


During checkout, please specify if substitutes are allowed. On rare occasions and unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that the variety you ordered is not available at the time of harvesting, which is why we have provided an option during checkout to specify if substitutes are allowed. While being out of the field to harvest plants, it’s not feasible for us to be contacting the customer to identify alternatives and appreciate your understanding.

Also, please specify key landmarks in the landmark field during checkout. This helps shipping team to deliver the package to correct location and in a timely manner.

Please, make sure that the correct shipping location is specified. It is out of our hands to get shipping details updated after order is received and definitely not possible after dispatch. In such circumstances, you as the customer will solely be liable for order cost. If order is in processing state, please contact us at the earliest and we will try to update the shipping location.

Shipping and Handling:

Majority of the orders, especially roses will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday to minimize delays, and so that package can reach you by the weekend. Cutoff for this shipment is Saturday night. Orders received on Sunday, will most likely be dispatched, not on coming Monday/Tuesday but the following week (8-9 days later). We try to ensure that the package is in transit during weekdays only and if there is a long holiday coming up, we might tweak the shipment by a few days. Also, on rare occasions it can take us up to 2 weeks before we get to harvesting the plants from our field.

We utilize majority of the shipping companies including DTDC, Delhivery. Blue Dart, DHL, XpressBee, etc and are always looking to get you the shipment in fastest period of time. If you have a preference on shipping company, please specify in the remarks/comment section during checkout.

Our team puts in a lot of effort to ensure sound packaging and for the plants to endure transit. However, we assume no liability for damages due to shipment delivery delays, negligence or poor handling by the shipping/ courier company. Also, please contact us at the earliest so we can take note of the issue and our sales team can help you.

Product and Services:

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Also, the prices are subject to change without any notice. Please keep in mind that all information provided on this site might not be accurate or complete or current and are not responsible for the same. All information is for reference only and we reserve the right to modify it any time.

Also, it is possible that the pricing at the physical location might be different from site listing due to various reasons. We also reserve the right to change or correct pricing if any errors persist in the description of products or pricing on website.

To ensure that majority of the customers get to enjoy some of the rare plants we offer, we might cut back on the number of plants shipped to one customer for any given variety. For example you ordered 10 plants of a given variety and we might only ship 2 or 6 plants instead of the original 10.

Use of our website or any of its products and services for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

Names, description and size of plants and products:

We try our best to have accurate names and descriptions, but there might be scenarios where names might have been modified. If you have specific questions, please feel free to contact our team for guidance but we will not be held liable for any such issues. These plants are for personal and garden use only.

Plant sizes can vary and are sometimes out of our control. For plants like cactus, we will try to provide approximate sizing but will not be responsible for any discrepancies.

Billing and Account Information:

Currently we are accepting payments by UPI only for the site. Please make sure you provide accurate contact information so that our team can contact you if there are any issues with order, payment or shipping details. To minimize order cost, we have not employed paid payment gateways which can add about 5% cost to the order value.

We also reserve the right to modify quantities and varieties. Variety substitution will depend on your selection during checkout. In case such scenarios exist, we will issue a refund for the modified amount. Also, refunds can sometimes take 3-5 days to process through.

Return Policy:

We do not accept any returns as we provide live plants and it is not possible for them to endure the shipment time and handling for both directions on top of the shock they have endured from uprooting and packaging. Also, we put a lot of effort to ensure you receive healthy plants which are ready to thrive in your garden. If you have any questions or need guidance on planting, our team is available to help you. Also, no returns accepted for local pickups.

For rare occasions and unforeseen reasons, you are not happy with the quality of plants received, please email or contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order with pictures of the package as well as the plants. Also, please feel free to contact our team during service hours and we will be happy to assist.

For any non-plant product issues, return is possible so please contact our sales team to provide assistance. You can self-return the item and we can issue a replacement or refund. You will bear the shipping charges to return the product.

Any issues which cannot be resolved mutually will follow Lucknow jurisdiction.
