Teasing Georgia

A beautiful English shrub with large deep yellow rosette blooms which are golden yellow in center and becomes lighter on the outer edge with medium fragrance and good repeat blooming cycle. The plant is tall upright and very vigorous. Can be used as a medium climber too.
